Howard Lee

Howard was born in 1969 in Crosby Cheshire, educated in Nottinghamshire, and eventually moved to live in Poole with his family in 1984.
Howard’s career has been predominately in the financial services sector, now CEO of Burgess and Lee Ltd (Independent Financial Advisors) based in Southbourne, Bournemouth. He has been running Burgess and Lee for nearly 30 years, looking after individual and corporate wealth clients across the UK.
Howard holds Financial Services qualifications to Level 4 and is a member of the Walbrook Institute (formally the London Institute of banking and Finance).
Outside of work Howard enjoys Fly fishing, boating, and renovating his house in France.
The Macmillan Caring Locally unit came into Howard’s life in the latter part of 2024 when his Wife Melie was admitted for end-of-life care following a very short battle with cancer. The care provided to Melie was so extraordinary Howard felt compelled to want to be involved and assist this incredible charity with its astonishing work.
