Description
“Florence and Isabelle are sisters who live in France and have many exciting adventures and special memories. Florence and Isabelle had chickens and Woody the dog but one day their parents brought home Lilly the Vietnamese black pot-bellied pig. Let the adventure begin….”
Sylvia was grandmother to 8 grandchildren.
After Sylvia was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease she loved the support of the Macmillan Caring Locally Sisters and the time she spent in the Macmillan Unit at Christchurch, as the staff were exceptionally loving and caring.
Sylvia wrote this book in 2011 for her amazing grandchildren so they would have something to remember her by. This beautiful children’s book is now available to purchase and all the profits go to Macmillan Caring Locally.
Sales of this book have already raised over £1,100.00.
Our grateful thanks to Peter Kegg for allowing us to sell Sylvia’s book to raise funds for our charity, and to Philip Bishop who designed the book.
